(376) pg publication of the ultra~scarce architectural rarity: 'Catalogue of East Side of New York Apartment Plans'~ this being an early ca. 1930's 'new' edition originated by Pease & Elliman, (now named Douglas~Elliman) which first was published twelve years prior (in the 1920's)~ this edition is by far the most elaborate book of its kind and shows the typical floor plans of (320) East Side apartment houses~ there is both a geographical index as well as one giving the number of rooms in each apartment shown~ in descending room size order: (18) rms: #845 Fifth Ave. @ 66th St. (designed by J.E.R.
