Property from the equestrian estate of our grandfather, Major Jay Coogan of Gladstone, New Jersey who attended RMA Sandhurst and served with The Royal Horse Guards and whose family- parents owned the Coogan Polo Grounds (1890-1911) in Upper Manhattan, New York City
